Main Structure ,Feature of centrifugal sand pump
The main components of the centrifugal sand pump include the pump shell, impellers, bearing block, pump axle, bearing, shaft coupling, wearing plate, seal apparatus, oil seal, motor, and base. The key structural features of this series of pumps are as follows:
(1) It is equipped with an open impeller, which is suitable for transporting highly viscous drilling fluids.
(2) It utilizes a combination seal, ensuring a long service life.
(3) The pump is designed with universal bearing houses and bearings, making maintenance convenient and cost-effective.
(4) The major parts of the pump are made from antiwear nodular iron, providing a long-lasting service life.

SB series centrifugal sand pump includes virtually all of the features of the SB series pumps are more compact in design and can be adapted for hydraulic motor drive.These features make .JDSB series pump ideal for use in applications such as oilfield frac trucks as well as blending and pump charging for water well drilling applications.
All parts for these pumps are identical to the SBseries pump except for the frame and shaft.The frame and shaft have been shortened 4" to reduce the length of the pump.When space is a premium and prime mover options are limited, the SB series pump is the pump of choice.
